"Fast help when I needed it"
I didn’t pay attention to much else because I just needed the issue fixed, but the support team got back to me really quickly and sorted it out without making it complicated. Easy overall.

Booking it was straightforward, so that part was fine. The support side was a bit slow though, like it took longer than I expected to hear back. Overall, it was just alright.

"Usually reliable, honestly"
I’ve used StyleSeat a handful of times now, and I have to admit, the appointments have mostly stayed on track. Most stylists confirm quickly, and I haven’t run into any major scheduling headaches. There was one time my appointment got changed last minute, which was annoying, but it ended up being handled fine. So yeah, it’s not perfect, but it’s been better than I expected.

"Fees were actually upfront"
I’m usually skeptical with this kind of stuff because customer service always seems ready with some excuse if a fee shows up later. But in this case, the prices looked fair and the fees were shown before I booked. I didn’t get hit with any weird surprise charge afterward, which I appreciated.

"Decent service, but the changing terms were frustrating"
I booked through StyleSeat and the actual service was okay overall. She was friendly and I was mostly happy with the result, but the appointment started a bit late and she was on her phone a few times, which felt kind of unprofessional for the price. What bothered me more was that the terms seemed to change from what I thought I booked, and that’s always frustrating when you’re already there. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but it felt a little too casual for what I was paying. I might give it another try, but I’m not totally sure.
